If you have been nominated, Please fill out the form below.

SaltSpring Therapeutic Riding, SSTRA has created the Frontline Heroes Program and it will be delivered by your facilitator Robin Ruel and one of our great horses. They will offer you a Restorative Equine Experience that aims to provide relief to frontline workers from the mental stress and anxiety they experience working on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The goal of the program is to enhance the quality of life for the participants by improving their physical, mental, and emotional well-being with the help of well trained, empathetic therapy horses. These equine assisted activities can play a significant role in alleviating stress and anxiety.

A one-hour session at the cost of $65 with one of our therapy horses, and under the guidance of your qualified and certified facilitator will work on stress and anxiety reduction using breathing and mindfulness techniques as well as somatic work to release tension..

Ready to register for your Frontline Hero Equine Experience? If so, please complete the Frontline Hero Registration Form below.
