Chip is 15.3-hand high Appaloosa who was born on Valentine ’s Day. Known as one of the chillest horses in the barn who loves being brushed and hanging out. His favourite lessons involve lots of walking and standing still.
Domino is a (13.2 hand) POA, which stands for Pony of America. He has both mom’s and dad’s spots. He is a smart pony who loves to help kids learn to ride. He has a big personality and is a bit of a jokester who likes to mimic people.
Magic is a miniature paint and 34 inches tall. He has two different colored eyes – one blue and one brown. He loves to lay in the sun on warm days and getting very good at pulling a cart and rider even though he is just learning.
Rainbow is a small (13 hand) quarter horse mare. The only one in the barn and likes to be in charge. She is super cute and chilled. Loves bananas and trail riding.
Rudy is a miniature sorrel. He has a beautiful flaxen mane and tail and is super sassy and spunky. You can often see him running around and kicking up his heels. He loves hanging out with his brother Magic.
Shooter is a 15-hand high middle-aged quarter-horse gelding. Therapy work is his retirement gig after a long and impressive career as a hunter jumper. He is so good natured that riders used to do target practice while cantering on him. That’s why he is called shooter.
Timber or Tim for short is an 8-year old Haflinger gelding with a personality as sweet as he looks. He joined us just last summer but he quickly became a favorite with his riders. Tim feels really handsome when do some fancy braiding with his mane.
We are always looking for volunteers to assist with the riding lessons, stable management, barn chores, administrative duties fund raising and more.
